Mary Cook of Parker County Texas for Seventy five Dollars to GF Barnett and Jas M Barnett both of Parker Co Texas to the following described land belonging to the Estate of JJ Barnett decd three hundred and fifty acres of the seven hundred and thirty eight acre survey in the name of Robt Coldswell which was owned by JJ Barnett and occupied by him as a homestead at the date of his Death and is described in two deeds to JJ Barnett from MJ and MW Beavers one Deed dated March 2nd 1872 for three hundred acres recorded in Book No four Pages 316 and 317, records of Parker County Texas. The other dated Dec 14th 1872 for fifty acres recorded in Book No four Pages No 317. 318 and 319 records of Parker County Texas The land is situated in Parker County Texas at the mouth of Patrick Creek on the Brazos River and is warranted by Mary Cook unto GF and JM Barnett as an heir and grand daughter of JJ Barnett decd and his wife Elizabeth Barnett

11 Feb 1884 Mary Cook appeared before L.C.W. Patton, Clerk for County Court in Parker Co. and acknowledged the deed.
